Our products are handmade and customized, so ordering early is highly recommended.
🎁 Holiday Order Deadlines — Christmas 2024
To receive your items before December 25, we recommend placing your order on or before:
✅ December 10th (Standard Shipping)
❗ December 12th (Express Shipping)
Orders placed after these dates may still arrive before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee delivery due to worldwide peak-season volume.
🕒 Production Time (3–7 Business Days)
All personalized wooden signs require craftsmanship and careful quality checks.

During the holiday rush, personalized items may require the full production window. We strongly encourage placing orders early.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes / APO / FPO or military addresses.
Please use a residential address. -
Some items may ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location.
You will not be charged extra for split shipments. -

4PX, Yun Express, FedEx, DHL.
🔎 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent automatically.
If tracking shows "No Information":

When the package transfers between countries, tracking may appear “stuck” — this is normal.
